The stages of my art process are as follows:
For all the mentioned items, preliminary sketches and partial deliveries are made for your approval. On each instance, corrections and/or changes can be made as requested.
<aside> 👉 -First, I need a reference image, brief, script and/or some description. An accurately visual reference with straightforward instructions will make the whole creation process smoother, and will not require subsequent correction that may be charged extra! -Basic information I need: File type & size, type of shading, commercial/personal use. -Kindly let me know about your project scope! This way I know beforehand if you will need future modifications to the artwork, such as lighting, weather, or other several changes that may show up later. -Are you looking for commercial use? Check the commercial use block if you are not sure if it does applies to you! Or of course you can always ask me. -Make sure to inform me if there’s a deadline for the project so we can discuss if I’ll be able to make it in time. -If you are looking to a specific style to be matched, please let me know upfront. I would kindly recommend you to search for an artist that has already shown familiarity with it, nevertheless, I can offer you my closest approximation possible.

<aside> 👉 -Once we settle the idea and price, I will send you an invoice through Paypal or request payment to Payoneer in USD. 50% upfront is required to start the sketch process, no refund/cancelation if the work is already in progress or finished. The other 50% will be requested after the low resolution file that I send, is approved. -I do communicate a lot! Since all the stages starting this point will need your approval, make sure to let me know where should I write you. -I usually make 2-4 sketches so there is a range of possibilities from which to choose. After the sketch is approved, I will continue with the lineart + color sketch.

<aside> 👉 -First I will be working on the lineart which will be send to you for your approval. After that, I will continue with the color stage! -Keep in mind that If we have to go back to the sketch stage, having already been approved, an extra 50% will be charged for the re-design. -According to the complexity of the scene, it may be sent for a second approval before applying shadows and highlights.

<aside> 👉 -At this point the artwork is finished and I’ll be preparing it to delivery as necessary. You may need it to be separated in layers, in PSD format or maybe a high resolution PNG file. -I won’t deliver any high resolution or final files until the final bill is paid. -If there are no revisions to be made, I will be uploading the final file to a Drive folder and send you the link! Don’t forget to download the file since after a few days it will be deleted. In that case you may contact me so I can upload it again for you!
